We are a small school with a big heart. All of our classes have less than 20 children.

At St Joseph's School we provide a positive, optimum environment, which will develop the skills and attitudes required to be an effective lifelong learner. We have high expectations for every child at our school and offer innovative teaching in a stimulating and well supported environment.

We place a great emphasis on delivering a wide and full curriculum, with children receiving specialist art,  music and language teaching as well as high quality teaching in the core subjects. We provide a range of opportunities for children in sport and the arts, for example tennis, squash and ice-skating coaching and various team events, as well as art and music events throughout the year.

Through our Christian ethos we encourage everyone to love, respect and understand themselves, others and the multi-faith world in which they live.

We have been at the school now for just over three years and it has improved so much over the last 6 months. Leadership has changed. A new positive headteacher, some lovely new staff and existing members of staff have just got better and better... loads of extra-curricular choices available, a quality variety of challenging homework adapted to each of my children... and the community of parents is amazing and really supportive.
